New generation of condensing steam turbine units with reduction gear with a unit capacity of up to 4,9 MW for direct drive of electric generators and combined generation of heat and electricity. It is used in schemes with heat recovery or waste recovery of the main technological production. They are used for actuating high-voltage (6.3 and 10.5 kV) generators.
